AGR Valve issue on AAT - Need assistance

I've tried using the search function, but I only ever read the descriptions. However, since I'm not very familiar with the AGR and its surrounding components, I would appreciate some pictures showing exactly what you mean by 'a thin metal plate.' I can't imagine how and where.
Please help me, because the coughing is also getting worse for me. I now have about 200,000 km on the odometer. Also possible via email.

instead of the gasket, use a GASKET (without the large hole in the middle ) between the AGR fitting and the pipe to the exhaust system.
