Hi Georg,
I tried to adjust my SpeedBuster box today, but without much success. I turned the T-screw a lot to the right, but I couldn't find the right amount of pressure, and I didn't see any visible changes. A small vibration was observed around 3200 rpm, and also an increase in idle speed when adjusting the S-screw was not observed.
What happens if the connection at the LMM doesn't make proper contact? Is the box then not active?
When tuning the diode, the effect was definitely easier to observe than with the box.
How can I proceed to achieve the right mindset?
Greetings
ERwin

Hello

icon_twisted.gif

icon_arrow.gif The box must be connected to the LMM to function. If there is no connection, there will be no performance boost. However, I don't know which cable it is, but I might check the installation manual again tomorrow.

Rotate T completely to the right for the beginning.
Go all the way to the left.
Then, maintain a constant throttle position around 3000 rpm, and gradually increase the ignition timing in 2-degree increments to the right until the engine speed increases.
Then, by carefully adjusting it, you'll achieve a state where the engine slightly stutters when you increase the idle speed from the normal idle speed.

With S, you do it as you have described it. Turn the steering wheel until it feels stiff, then turn it back 2 revolutions.

After successful adjustment, make sure to turn the adjustment knob all the way back until it no longer noticeably pulls.

I'll try it with your instructions, will you ever reach a dead end with the switches, I have the feeling that they are like endless switches.
If nothing works without contact, then you can make the box switchable by using a switch between the LMM and ESP.
Thank you!
Greetings
