Vibrations during the warm-up phase at 60-90° Golf Var. ASZ

Now that I have finally said goodbye to my AFB (it took quite some time ), and I have purchased a new Golf with 96 kW diesel engine, I have a question:
After having thoroughly searched the entire forum and found no definitive solutions for
I have found the problem (even not with VW), now the question is:
Can something meaningful be created on one's own?
Or have there now been solutions from VW?
And one more thing: If my car is parked for longer than 3 hours (
turn the ignition key, does it make a sound for a few seconds, as if

Es gibt einen neuen Datenstand für das Motorsteuergerät. Aber nach aller Erfahrung bessert sich damit auch nichts. Meiner hat nach dem Update sogar erst das Ruckeln angefangen .

Das kratzende Geräusch kommt von einer Kraftstoffpumpe, die beim Golf unter ca. 50% Restmenge im Tank anläuft. Völlig normal.
