I don't know your specific device, so my advice is simply: try it out!
For the initial assessment, I would start by running the 2000-4000 test without using any packaging.
Then put the airbox back on. To adjust it, I would turn the potentiometer until the airflow calculator indicates approximately 20 horsepower more than without the airbox.
Then, disconnect the cable to the mass airflow sensor (MAF). If, at that point (within 0.2 seconds), the same reading is obtained as without the device, then it can be disabled by disconnecting the MAF cable.
Otherwise, to completely shut it down, you'll likely need to disconnect at least one, and preferably both, of the wires leading to pump cables 2 and 3. It may also be possible to shut it down by disconnecting its power supply. Gruß Ulf
