7.5x16 Wheels: ET35 with 205 Tires

Hello everyone,

I'd like to buy 7.5x16 inch rims for my Golf Variant, possibly with an offset of ET 35. My question is whether I can fit these rims with 205-size tires without any problems, and without needing to roll or pull the fenders. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but the car also has a lowered suspension by 40mm.

I have tires with a size of 195/50 mounted on rims that are 7 inches wide with an offset of 36, and the inspector said that problems only start to occur with offsets of 28 or higher.

With ET 28, the outer edge of my tire would be 61mm away from the wheel hub. Based on your information, it would be 60mm. So, it's very tight. I would almost say that you can't avoid needing to roll the fender (at the rear) if you want to have enough clearance and avoid issues.
