Bora AJM Turbo Pressure: Requesting MWB 011 Data

Hello fellow DIY enthusiasts,

Since I correctly adjusted the ignition timing to Top Dead Center (TDC) using Ulf's NorthWest adjustment guide, my Bora has been running better overall.
It's cooked through well, but not quite evenly.

Over time, I noticed that there were periods of faster and slower acceleration.

The symptoms of a faulty mass airflow sensor (MAF) may not be very pronounced, but they are noticeable – often described as 'wave-like acceleration.'

Okay, so I've created VAG-COM logs for the usual suspects and I'm now in measuring block 011.
- I found information about the boost pressure curve. Compared to all other logs from similar models of the MWB 011, I observed significantly higher and lower pressure fluctuations (more than double).
which are within the permissible deviations according to the target data table, and which are also reflected in the actual amounts of fuel injected (MWB 009).
According to a technical article and various posts in this forum, the variable geometry turbocharger (VTG), the boost pressure control valve, or the adjustment of the VTG rod are suspected as potential causes. I believe the mass airflow sensor (MAF) is likely not the culprit, as the target values are being reached under load.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a single MWB 011 log for an AJM in the forum – but I would have liked to compare it with logs from other AJMs.
The logs from various other MKBs (Multi-Kilobyte Blocks) that I have seen show a significantly less precise control behavior.

Therefore: If anyone has logs from an AJM (presumably a specific device or system), please send them to me or post them.
Of course, I'm also interested in the logs for MWB 008 and MWB 009.

My log files for measurements 008, 009, and 011 are attached as .csv files. Below them, you will find screenshots from VAG-Scope (approximately 100 KB). I hope the file size isn't too large.

Okay, with my AJM, the oscillations are quite consistent, and you can feel them during acceleration.
At 1900 RPM, there's a hole in this [object].
When the boost pressure is being logged in this area, the boost pressure is reduced, and therefore, I believe this hole exists for that reason.
I shortened the VTG rod, and then this hole appeared.
not as noticeable anymore.
I've also noticed this hole in other AJMs before.

Did this problem first appear with your device, or have you always experienced it?

So, on my AJM, the swing is quite consistent, and you can feel it during acceleration.

Apparently, our adjustment mechanisms aren't precisely calibrated.
I've only had the VAG-COM tool since autumn, but the problem has always been there. I also just shortened my VTG rod by half a turn compared to the original setting.

I believe the response is better and the hole isn't bigger.

For now, things can stay as they are with me.
