Hi!
"My PD engine is starting to leak oil from the top of the central connector housing for the injectors, where it meets the cylinder head. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to figure out how the seal between this plastic connector housing and the cylinder head is achieved. It doesn't seem like there's an O-ring there (at least, not as a replacement part from VW), or am I wrong? Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?"
Okay, here's the translation:
Thank you.

Okay, so I have a little feedback because I seem to have encountered another unusual problem. So, if you loosen the two screws at the top of the central connector, you can pull it out of the cylinder head by about 3-4mm. Based on the amount of force required (minimal) and its appearance, it doesn't seem like there's a gasket present. That's strange. To further disassemble the connector, I would have had to remove the valve cover and disconnect the electrical connections to the PDEs, but I've decided to hold off on that for now. After thoroughly cleaning the mating surface, I've decided to use sealant. If that doesn't achieve the desired result, I'll probably have to resort to a complete disassembly...

Unfortunately, the name is no longer legible. A friendly and very helpful mechanic gave me a small remnant of the tube. If it helps, the color of the sealant is neon yellow. Audi A3 Sportback [8PA], 2.0 TDI CR [CFGB], STH mit FB
