Service Interval Display: How to Reset

I have a question for you. I have a Passat TDI 90PS, manufactured in 09/97, and I've always reset the service interval indicator myself, according to the instructions. However, this time it's not working. When I turn the ignition on again, it displays 'Inspection Oil' and I can't clear it. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Franz,
I'm currently experiencing the same issue as you. However, my vehicle is serviced at a SEAT workshop. After my last inspection, the master technician explained to me that they were unable to reset the maintenance interval indicator. They couldn't do it either with the software or manually (I tried it myself and it didn't work). Subsequently, they informed me, based on information from SEAT.DE, that there is a defect in the instrument cluster.
