Hello forum.



I'm having the following problem with my Golf III:

Every time I brake, I hear this strange cracking/groaning sound coming from the front right.

"I removed the wheel. I couldn't detect any play just by shaking it. However, the rear bearing of the control arm looks like it might be able to be pulled out completely. Maybe someone here who knows about this can take a look!"
