Okay, it's been almost half a year since I was posting in this forum about my central locking system.
Both microswitches were indeed defective. Thanks to your help and instructions, they were successfully replaced.

Now I have a new problem, and I hope you can help me again.

I can open the gate using the remote control, but I can't close it.
I have to insert the key into the lock to lock it. However, I have to do this separately for both doors.
While I was sitting in the car, I noticed that the light in the driver's side door, which normally turns on when the door is opened, is constantly on, even when the door is closed.
It still turns on even when I lock the door from the outside using the key cylinder.

Perhaps you know what this could be (maybe the microswitch is broken again?).

Best regards, Babapapa.

I would say that the system isn't recognizing that the door is closed. You can check this in the measurement blocks using VAG-COM.

Okay, here's the translation:

"I understand that the light might be on because the system isn't detecting that the door is closed. However, I don't understand why the remote control only works to open the door. And why don't both doors lock immediately when I try to lock them using the key and lock?"

Because the body control module (BCM) assumes that the driver's door is not closed. In this state, the remote locking function is disabled to prevent the user from accidentally locking themselves out.

Okay, first fix the problem with the left door lock, then we'll see.

But what's wrong with the lock on the left door?

Microswitch that indicates whether the door is open or closed.

So, now it's time to replace the microswitches, which are still the original ones icon_smile.gif.

That's how those things are. You probably still have the lock in mind. I don't want to lie, but I seem to remember there being 3 microswitches. These all check the state of the door and report it back.

To understand how it works, take a VW car where everything is accessible, leave the driver's door open, and press the buttons on the dashboard.

If you have this problem, you can use VAG COM to see it directly. Otherwise, you'll have to disassemble the lock again and replace the faulty component.
