Okay, so it turned out to be the bushings... I put the original ones back in, and the vibration is gone. Therefore, I would advise against pressing full rubber bushings into the metal control arms, unless you're okay with the vibration. For me, the risk of vibration-related consequential damage was too high.
The good thing was that after that, when aligning the track, it fit perfectly without any adjustments, a lucky coincidence.
