Convert PAX Tires & Rims to Standard Sizes

Hello.

Is it possible to convert or compare the dimensions of PAX tires and rims to standard sizes?

After searching various sources, I couldn't find an answer, but PAX rims don't have a hump, which means normal tires cannot be used with them.

It was clear that even with Hump, it wouldn't have been legal, but that makes it even more dangerous.
