Hello! I'm having a problem with the DPF on my Crafter BJL 2.5 CR.
The DPF is not regenerating properly, please ignore the Lambda sensor error.
The DPF has already been replaced, as has the differential pressure sensor, and the adaptation process was also performed. However, 900 km later, another DPF error has appeared.
Regeneration cycle (starting at 40%) was completed with a tester, bringing it below 20%, after which the error could be cleared. After about 1 hour, it was working fine for 700 km, but now the DPF is clogged again.
Differential pressure in the LL: 20.4 mbar. When gas is applied: 150 mbar.
Temperature sensor at 85 degrees.
before the turbo, 270.
upstream of the DPF 210
after DPF 190
LL Ruhe regulation.
Cylinder 1: 0.21 mg
Cylinder 2, 0.42.
Cylinder 3 -0.54
Cylinder 4: 0.16
Zyl 5 -0.28
During the actuator test, the AGR valve functions correctly, but the throttle valve does NOT function during the actuator test with the ignition on. However, the engine stalls if it has been running and the throttle valve has been activated.
What else can I check? Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

and why, in your opinion, should one ignore the problem with the oxygen sensor?
Best regards, Rainer.

Hello Rainer!
The oxygen sensor is disconnected because I removed the DPF again and then turned on the ignition. A6 AFB

Okay, that's a valid argument. Please check the temperatures measured by the sensors on the loader/DPF.
First, with the engine cooled down (it should be close to the ambient temperature), then at idle with the engine at operating temperature (wait about 30 seconds), and finally with full throttle and approximately 4000 rpm, under as much load as possible.
Best regards, Rainer.

Stay on that. According to the SSP (Service Information), for 4-cylinder CR engines, regeneration is definitely blocked in the event of a DPF failure (see SSP403, page 49, effect of failure J338)). I'm assuming that the implementation is similar for the 5-cylinder engines. Gruß

Does it only regenerate if there's an error associated with it? VCDS

I can't say for sure, but it's strange that it doesn't do anything during the actuator test. There is definitely a connection. Gruß
