DPF error - 19226 - Particulate filter Bank 1 P2002

Hallo allerseits,

habe seit letzter Woche Fehlermeldung welche immer wieder auftaucht.
Kann mir jemand helfen die Fehlermeldung zu interpretieren.
DPF scheint noch in Ordnung zu sein , Regeneration findet wie schon immer alle 500Km. statt.
Gefahren wird ausschließlich Langstrecke 1000 Km. die Woche, davon 90% Autobahn.
Differenzdruck bei 80% last erscheint mir zu niedrig.
Liege ich richtig in der Annahme dass der Fehler möglicherweise auf defektes Differenzdrucksensor deutet ?

If the email address is the same as in the order, it will be automatically recognized as a customer. I have taken care of that for you.

First, I would like to check the measurements for G450 (exhaust gas sensor 1) and G505 (differential pressure sensor) and verify their plausibility.

There is a topic regarding the differential pressure on the DPF.

, so kann man schon ein Gefühl für die erwarteten Werte bekommen.

Wenn Zündung an und Motor aus, sollte der Differenzdruck etwa 0mbar sein.

Auch solltest Du die Schläuche und elektrischen Anschlüsse der Sensoren prüfen (z.B. durch Marderschäden).

Mit etwas Glück hast Du bereits die Ursache gefunden, z.B. einen defekten Sensor oder dessen Anschluss. Überprüfe das zuerst.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to briefly report on the current situation.

When I went to check the sensors on Sunday, I noticed that someone had already been messing around with them. One of the sensors had already been replaced, and the hose clamps had been removed.

So, I first swapped the sensors around and, lo and behold, there were no error messages anymore. It seems that the control unit can tolerate larger deviations in values with the G450 sensor than with the G505.

Tomorrow, a new sensor will be installed, and hopefully, everything will be back to normal then.

unfortunately, it seems the issue hasn't been resolved - it would be too easy.

I've just reviewed the log and found that the "Exhaust Gas Backflow Valve" data is showing implausible values in relation to the expected values, which is confusing.

Unfortunately, I don't have any comparison values or typical values to help me understand this behavior. Could someone please take a look at the log to see if this is normal?

The inventory feedback sometimes works, sometimes not at all. I suspect a defect or a loose connection. Could it be damage from marten or a short circuit in the sensor's operating voltage?

Is it known how the position signal is implemented? Potentiometer?

Hello everyone,

after a long search, the culprit has finally been found and the errors have been fixed. The workload is enormous, approximately 25-30 hours (including the timing belt).

Instead of describing the errors, I'm simply uploading pictures, as pictures are known to say more than a thousand words.
