Error code P2454/P2455 indicates that the DPF differential pressure sensor output voltage is too low or too high. This error is triggered when the output voltage of the differential pressure sensor falls outside the expected measurement range.

The following needs to be checked:
- Wiring harness/electrical connectors for the differential pressure sensor.
- Supply voltage for the differential pressure sensor (typically +5V).
- Differential pressure sensor itself.
