Slipping Clutch in Top Gears

Hello everyone,
"The clutch in our DSG transmission in the Touran has been slipping in the forward gears for quite some time, especially when under heavy load. We've been trying to avoid those situations. However, it's gotten worse now, and an error message is being displayed, as shown in the Autoscan report."
We have an old quote from the Swiss importer for CHF 1998.
My questions are:
Is it sufficient to only replace the clutch, or should other parts be replaced/inspected at a mileage of 130,000 kilometers? For example, the dual-mass flywheel?
Is the cost of nearly 2000 for the clutch replacement normal?
It's a 7-speed DSG.

Now, the mechatronic unit has been disassembled, and shavings were found.
This indicates a mechanical defect in the transmission, and it will need to be disassembled (or replaced). This is said to be 'expensive,' but there are alternatives.

The car is 10 years old but has only 130,000 km (approximately 80,000 miles). Is a repair that reflects its age and condition reasonable?

I think a repair is worthwhile if the rest of the vehicle is still valuable.

The question is: Which is more cost-effective? Repair or replacement? To determine this, you need a cost estimate for the repair.

For some series, the bearings had too much preload, which caused wear. Repairing is definitely cheaper, and it's a good idea to replace the bearing sleeves on the shift rods at the same time!

Yesterday, the transmission specialist finished replacing the transmission. I brought him the LukRepset 602 0002 00.6 that I had ordered in Germany from profiteile.de.
I got to watch him install the clutch. Today, my mechanic installed the transmission (thanks for the Saturday effort, Samir), and I drove 3km home with the transmission not yet adjusted. The clutch felt very aggressive in the first, second, fourth, and sixth gears, while it felt very soft in the first, third, fifth, and seventh gears. A lot of errors were cleared.
The initial setting /viewtopic.php?t=27262 was straightforward, and now the Touran rides smoothly, but the clutches slip under full acceleration. Hopefully, it will stay like this!
