Good evening, everyone.

My name is Jamie, and I'm from Cologne. I own a 2002 VW LT35 2.5 TDI (ANJ) with 109 horsepower.

Yesterday, while driving on the highway, I noticed that the turbocharger pressure suddenly disappeared completely under full load.

It was as if the charge air hose had burst.

The charge air hoses have been checked, the vacuum hoses look completely worn out, and the VTG (variable turbine geometry) is working when you suck on the hose.

"The N75 valve and a new air filter have been installed, but unfortunately, the problem persists. In first gear, it feels like it's running as a naturally aspirated engine. In second gear, the turbo boost suddenly drops off around 3200 RPM, and the same thing happens in the higher gears."

I'm really stuck here and would appreciate any help you can offer regarding what I should check.

Best regards from Cologne.

Hello,

Does the engine even have a variable turbine geometry (VTG)?

At https://community.dieselschrauber.org/en/viewtopic.php?t=3238, nothing is entered here.

What error codes are stored in the engine control unit (ECU) according to the Autoscan diagnostic tool?

Best regards, Rainer.
