Hello everyone,
I know the topic is already old, but I have an additional problem.
With my 1.9 TDI, I had problems with the DPF.
Since the exhaust system also needed to be replaced, I also had the DPF cleaned at the same time. Then reset the particulate filter value with VCDS to 0.
After a few kilometers, the engine warning light came on, and VCDS shows several errors related to the differential pressure sensor. Therefore, I also replaced the sensor and re-programmed it with VCDS. It seems like something went wrong.
The sensor shows values between -5 and -10 when the motor is off, and an offset of -25.5.
Also, the error is occurring again:
Code: |
001137 - Exhaust Gas (G450) - Pressure Sensor 1
P0471 - 000 - Implausible signal
Environmental conditions:
Error Status: 01110000
Error Priority: 2
Error Frequency: 1
Lost Count: 255
Odometer: 286259 km
Time: 0
Date: 2000.00.00
Time: 15:38:52
Environmental conditions:
RPM: 798 /min
Speed: 0.0 km/h
(no unit): -5.10
(no unit): -25.50
(No unit): 36.0
Temperature: 270.0°C
Temperature: 15.3°C

It seems like the offset is incorrect.
I have repeatedly tried to re-pair the sensor, but nothing changes.
The offset is always at -25.5
I also tried turning on the ignition for 5 seconds and turning it off for 40 seconds (5 times), but there was no difference.
Do you have another idea?
