Something isn't right; it can't lose that much temperature on such a short path, less than 500 degrees. |
"Without a load, the downstream catalytic converter temperature is significantly lower. However, if you accelerate for a period of time, it will also increase. Okay, that's strange. Does the reading seem accurate when the car is cold?

Given the risk of the DPF becoming overloaded, I wouldn't drive the engine for long right now, but rather read the necessary data.
Since we are not familiar with your diagnostic tool, screenshots would be more helpful than reading individual values. Can your tool generate a control unit image of the extended measurement data? If so, all the values listed below could be captured at once.
Here's a suggestion for a dataset related to the diesel particulate filter (DPF), ordered as it is provided by the engine control unit (ECU) upon ignition:
-(IDE00430) Diesel particulate filter: Field regeneration requirement status.
-(IDE00431) Diesel particulate filter: Field regeneration lock status.
-(IDE00432) Diesel particulate filter: Time since last regeneration.
-(IDE00434) Diesel particulate filter: Soot mass calculated.
