Hello everyone,
Hope you're all doing well!
I didn't find anything using the search function, so I thought I would start a thread about an old car.
Okay, I have a Passat sedan (model 3BG) from 2003. It originally didn't have power windows in the rear, but I want to add them.
"We've completely rebuilt everything, extended the wiring harness (removed all the original components from a scrapped car and installed them here), replaced the front left and right door control modules, and I also have a central locking system with part number xxx799B."
The problem now is that when I install the TSGs (window regulators), the other existing TSG from vo.li. isn't recognized as the one currently installed, and similarly, the KSG (control unit) isn't recognized when I replace it. And even if I code the KSGs for a "4-door car with 4 electric windows," I still end up with a cascade of errors in the fault memory.
Error:
CAN bus corporation.
and all those TSGs (technical support groups) with no communication.
I measured and checked the cables, and there are no breaks or bad connections, so everything seems to be fine.
Can someone possibly help me here?
Best regards from Carinthia!
