Maybe someone has experience with something like this: yes,
The car is a long-distance vehicle with 496,000 kilometers on the odometer.
Driving shifts of 500 km per day are acceptable.
CR injectors ejected from the 3- and 4-cylinder engines. Retaining bolts broken.
They were cleaned and reinstalled - the engine ran smoothly without any hesitation up to 2000 rpm.
But when I accelerated to 3000 rpm, it popped out again...
Nozzles from Continental.
Similar situation with a Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDI: middle injector came out...
The second car has only been driven 150,000 km.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be due to? |
Hello,
If standard new nozzles were used, I can only imagine an extremely high combustion pressure (due to the nozzle not sealing properly).
Then the crankshaft, connecting rod, and head gasket would also be affected.
What does the idle speed control say in the engine control unit when using VCDS?
What do the injector timing values indicate?
See:
Injectors, activation duration + calibration pressures
Best regards, Rainer.
