Tire Noise: Why New Tires Make That Sound

I bought four new summer tires a month ago.
Goodyear Eagle F1, size 215/45/ZR17.

I've now driven 2000 kilometers.

Lately, I've been hearing a 'thump-thump-thump' sound coming from the front axle 'sometimes.'
It's strangely only audible occasionally (perhaps related to the road surface?), and a bit more noticeable when braking.

Today, while driving at a very slow speed (approximately 10 km/h), I heard a sound like something large was stuck on the tire tread (a 'pfft-----pffffttt------pffffft' sound).

Then I drove to my tire dealer... and immediately took the car for a test drive.
And then, there was nothing more to hear (demonstration effect).

There is no noticeable vibration in the steering wheel, or any other imbalance.

Does anyone know what I could do?

Hello, maybe your brakes are worn out... I had a similar sound, and I quickly replaced them before the rotors were damaged.

The brakes have only been used for about 6,000 kilometers.
