Yesterday, I read the error codes from my friend's car.
The reason was that the engine temperature gauge showed 60 degrees.
It dropped to its lowest value after reaching 90 degrees.

1 error found:

Engine coolant temperature sensor G2 is defective.
Short circuit to ground.

I don't have the error code handy right now.

According to the measurement block, the engine temperature is being measured correctly.

The question is, where is this temperature sensor G2?
How can I possibly fix it?

Isn't that the double temperature sensor located at the "cylinder head, water outlet to radiator" connection?

One for the MSTG and one for "in the speedometer".

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Do you have any idea where he is?

Best regards,
Severin.

Hmm... Martin wrote the following:

Okay: Check the upper water hose between the engine and the radiator. Follow it in the direction of the engine and look for a four-pin connector on the engine-side connection icon_wink.gif.

Regards,
Sure, here's the translation:

"Guste" is a German word that means "gust" or "gust of wind." It can also be used to describe a sudden burst of something, such as laughter or anger.
