I haven't used the air conditioning for about three months now.
I had a new control unit installed about a month ago.

Now, my question:
Does the climate control need to be unlocked in the control unit?

Or, the light on the climate control switch doesn't work anymore.
What else could it be due to?

Fuse?
I don't have a manual; which pin is the fuse located on?
Or just the switch, how can I test that?

'I've heard that the climate control system might not work below six degrees Celsius, and that the power button (indicator light) might also stop working?'

It would be great if someone had some advice.

THANK YOU.

Hi,

Let's check the refrigerant level; it's happened to me before. If there's too little refrigerant in the system, it might not even turn on.

The refrigerant level was checked at our climate control specialist, where we have it refilled annually.
Because he had a fully booked schedule, he couldn't look for other options.
And if it had cost money.

Should the climate control perhaps be activated in the vehicle's settings (like in grayscale mode)?
or where is the climate control secured???

Hello,

Please perform an actuator diagnosis. This requires a diagnostic system.
- Select Climatronic (08).
- Select "Actuator Diagnosis (Output Test)".
-The ad is being tested.
-The servo motors are being tested.
-The blower is being tested.
-The compressor's magnetic clutch should make an audible clicking sound.
Tschüss
