A4 TDI: Engine Not Warming Up? Check Airflow!

Hello, I'm having a problem. My A4 isn't warming up properly, even though the temperature gauge shows 90 degrees.
I have the impression that the airflow is not sufficient.
Because when I set the air conditioner to automatic mode, I can barely feel any airflow, but when I switch it to recirculation mode, I feel like I'm being blown away.
I know that certain parameters, such as speed and rotation, can be read from the climate control system. Is there also a way to influence the control parameters of the climate control system?
Or perhaps perform a reset?

Perhaps the pollen filter is clogged, which is preventing enough fresh air from entering! The fact that there is airflow when the recirculation mode is activated also supports this.
I would like to replace that part; it's located at the front, in the water collection box, underneath the windshield.
