emergency program for 1Z

I own an Audi B4 with a 1Z engine and 90 horsepower.
Recently, the control unit failed after driving for a long time at approximately 180 km/h with 5 people and luggage.
Has the control system entered emergency mode?
After a short stop and a little oil top-up, it was gone again, and it hasn't reappeared since (it was about 1 1/2 weeks ago).

What could be the cause of this?

If you're lucky, the error code might still be stored in the engine control unit's memory -> have it read out.
What answer do you expect to receive in this forum? Do you think there are clairvoyants here? I can't even tell you why your girlfriend prefers blue bedsheets instead of red ones (or why she recently briefly poked her nose while you were all traveling together in the shade at 35°C, which hasn't happened since) -> Therefore, you MUST ask her!
