Hello,
'Don't yell at me, I have a really simple question: How do you access the rear Allen screw on the fuel injection pump mounting bracket (located between the engine block and the pump body)? As far as I know, there's only one Allen screw; the other three are hex screws.'
Is there a special tool for that? I can't reach it with my extensions because the vacuum pump is in the way.
Best regards, Burkhard.
Okay, there are 3 hex screws and 1 Allen screw. I always use a small ratchet with two or three extensions for the Allen screw. A larger ratchet won't fit in there. It's a real pain every time, and I often tear or burn my fins, but it works.
Regards,
Thomas.

Hi, thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try. I've tried something similar before, but it didn't work out and I had to stop. You really have to lubricate your fingers with Vaseline to be able to reach it...
I thought there might be a trick or a more elegant method for that. So, if anyone knows something, my fingers would be happy!
