Paint Protection Film: Chip Guard Stickers

Hello, diesel mechanics.

I want to apply a sticker to the rear of my Golf 2, a 4-door model, between the door and the wheel arch to cover four decorative strip holes that are approximately 5 cm apart. These stickers are often used in motorsports to protect against stone chips. They are black and have a surface like coarse sandpaper. I'm not sure if they are available pre-cut or if I need to cut them myself.
as A5 or A4 sheets. Do you know what these stickers are called and where I can buy them?
