EDS at T5 GP, adjustable response?

Fundamental question: Can the responsiveness of the EDS be adjusted?

Reason:
Not only in my T5 GP, but also in some other T5 GP models, the EDS does not function at all. Once the T5 has driven on slippery surfaces with one wheel, it cannot get back under control. The EDS does not work. I am very disappointed with the functionality of the EDS in my T5 GP model 2011, compared to the T4, whose EDS always worked. None of the affected T5 GPs exhibit any errors or other malfunctions that could explain this behavior.
