Just for peace of mind, I thought I'd change the Haldex oil in my new car – it's a nice warm day, around 30 degrees Celsius, so it should flow out smoothly. Can't hurt, right? My new Haldex V doesn't have a filter anymore; they're relying on durability until after the warranty period, when the pre-charge pump might get clogged with debris... (that's a different issue...). And I might as well change the engine oil and filter while I'm at it.
The whole thing started in a rather amusing way.
I bought all the screws, filters, and oil I needed from the Skoda dealer.
See invoice 1. - Then, the next day, I bought Haldex oil again because...
I thought, "Well, maybe I'll spill some and then I won't have any left in reserve" - see invoice 2.
The next day, they only had the cheap Haldex oil left.
Then, the price per liter (!!!Liter!!!) is only half the price of the 850ml bottle from the day before.
The label on the Literpack G055 175 A2 reads "For Haldex clutch," while the label on the 850ml pack G60 175 A2 simply says "High-performance oil." A discussion took place with the repair/parts department (several employees were involved).
"Quote: (Attention!) This 1-liter (inexpensive) oil is perfectly suitable for your vehicle! HOWEVER, if you have the other, better oil that comes in an 850ml bottle and costs twice as much, then please choose that one."
"To my question about why - just a lot of hype - well, oil is oil, there aren't big differences (direct quote!!!!) - but this one for 50€ / 850ml would be better - but the cheaper one is okay too, it's clearly marked."
I'm laughing so hard I'm about to cry - Or what do you think?
Is it more sad?
Regarding the matter itself, I'm glad I did it.
It definitely only yielded 625ml - even after draining for 1 hour, it didn't produce any more.
According to the manufacturer's specifications, specifically the "precise maintenance" guidelines, the capacity is actually 655ml.
It also fit 650ml inside - I measured it very precisely!
The access panel was still open for an hour, and everything inside was exposed.
It appears that, as a standard practice, the factory is simply filling 25ml less fuel in all 15,000 new cars produced each month.
That's definitely not a major problem - or what's the right way to describe this approach?
The oil that came out was also very "sooty" - there was a soot film in the container, which could be seen with...
I had to scrub the measuring cup vigorously with a cloth and sponge.
The engine oil change wasn't exactly a pleasant experience.
When I was screwing in the new drain plug, it made a grinding noise, like sand.
Unfortunately, I realized the motor oil had gotten into the threads when I was draining it.
"It was disposed of and I could no longer examine it. Then I started with some new oil."
It helped to rinse it. Well, I guess that's just how it is.
Anyway, I was also glad I had the oil changed here, even though it wasn't scheduled.

Hi hkss
Supposedly, part number 060 is for Haldex 4th and 5th generation systems, while part number 055 is for older systems.
Did you have the 850 ml bottle with you when you made the second purchase? If so, you could have returned it, stating "no indication of Haldex," and at least bought the 1000 ml bottle again at the lower price!
I just found the 055 variant on eBay for €15. In the T5 forum, Castrol Syntrax 75W-140 is recommended as an alternative (€26/liter).
The "old oil" does indeed look quite dark. That's surprising. In the 3BG with a manual transmission, it still looked very light and clear after 120,000 km - which may not be transferable to the Haldex system?!
