This is a Sharan 7M, so the older model, and the engine code is BRT? Under no circumstances should AdBlue be used in it. The additive to be used is called "Satacen 25." It has a completely different purpose than AdBlue; it's not a NOx reduction agent, but rather a combustion temperature inhibitor. Be careful not to fill it with the wrong thing! To my knowledge, it consists of high amounts of naphtha and trimethylbenzenes.
What surprises me a bit is that the particle filter is full at around 100,000 km. Are the km readings in the car's diagnostic system incorrect, or...?
The fuel tank, like the AdBlue tank, does not have continuous level monitoring, only a minimum level indicator. This means that refilling before a warning message appears is sufficient.
If the alarm has already been triggered, I'm out when it comes to resetting it.
