A friend's T6 had its DSG fail around 100,000 km. Driving was no longer possible; the gear would repeatedly slip out of gear – no forward motion.

The thread on the mechatronic unit where the pressure sensor is located has cracked, so a new mechatronic unit is required.
There is also a repair kit with a threaded insert and a new pressure accumulator. Since the repair, there have been no more problems, even though the Touran is regularly used with a trailer or a caravan.

The problem, however, is quite well-known.

Fault storage entry: Oil temperature too high.

Installed power supplies and valves - Problem solved. A good tip: When installing, make sure the valves are in the correct position so that they can all function properly - I checked this with an endoscope camera.

But it is relatively "simple" if the mechatronics are developed, or almost self-explanatory. It is important that the printed circuit boards can only be installed once, so they should not be reused, as this would no longer guarantee the contact force, which could lead to subsequent errors.
