Assuming a length of 400 mm for the cast iron block and 100 mm for the aluminum head, the change in length at a temperature increase of 100 degrees Celsius would be approximately 0.66 mm: (400 mm * 10.5E-6 + 100 mm * 23.8E-6) * 100. This is equivalent to a shortening of the timing belt by 1.32 mm.
