Are there any experiences with kerosene mixtures in the range of 20% or higher?
'However, they do exist, but it's not really a sensible idea, especially since kerosene has poorer lubricating properties than diesel fuel. I once added about 5% kerosene instead of gasoline to the diesel. In my opinion, it didn't achieve anything, or at least not as much as gasoline would have. Also, kerosene is 'somewhat' more expensive than diesel (about €1.80).'
But if you fuel the auxiliary heater with it, you get a wonderful turbine-like exhaust plume
