If the mass airflow sensor (LMM) is okay, I suspect the vacuum timing gauge (VTG) or its control system. |

Now we know what log data looks like when the VTG closes too much.
What surprises me the most is that mistakes can be made by anyone, regardless of their expertise; therefore, I have definitely learned something.

Yes, it's interesting and good that the symptoms have disappeared.
Whether the error has now been eliminated, or is merely circumvented by the lower air resistance in the TL, unfortunately remains open. LG, Onkel BM

By the way, it's also interesting that a VTG (vehicle end stop) setting that was significantly misaligned and in the error range can be corrected with an estimated adjustment, even when a loader is mounted, to such an extent that the wagon runs normally again from the first attempt.
Garrett, on the other hand, wants to have all VTGs adjusted at the main factory because even specialized turbocharger companies supposedly can't do it correctly. . .
Or is this information outdated now? Gruß Ulf

A refurbished turbocharger was installed, but I have no idea which company manufactured it.
Perhaps it would have worked if I had turned it around. But I wanted to be sure whether anything would change. I'll leave it as is now; I've already spent enough hours in the car. VCDS

Unfortunately, I had similar experiences with customer vehicles a few years ago. At a certain point, I started rejecting all chargers that didn't come from a reliable source, or I would only install them if I was paid immediately. }
When dealing with a full workday and a second appointment due to troubleshooting or re-calibration, especially when the loader is actually functioning correctly, it's no longer economically viable to deal with "makeshift loaders." }
Best regards, Rainer.
