hello!

After experiencing frequent interruptions with my AAT (presumably a device or system) recently, I had to troubleshoot and read out the data again.

Okay, last time I had codes related to the start of injection, the EGR valve, and the pressure sensor.

Injection start time has been corrected, everything is fine.

AGR simply cannot be deleted... why?

(The AGR container does not maintain vacuum; the vacuum is very weak.)

and the code 00519, which indicates a pressure sensor issue, is back again...

Does anyone have any measurement values (resistance), pin assignments, or other information that would allow me to test this component?

The values for the EGR control valve would also be helpful.

Does anyone happen to know the part number for this sensor?

Thank you everyone.

AGR simply cannot be deleted. Why?

The AGR (Automatic Gearbox) is not monitored by its function via the AAT (Automatic Transmission Control), so it can only be an electrical fault.

hello!!

Okay, so...

The AGR is not being monitored... okay... so where is the error coming from?

I did some measuring today, and the solenoid that controls the EGR valve has a resistance of 6.2 ohms. Is this value okay? (It seems a bit low).

The vacuum inside the can builds up very slowly...

Where could this electrical fault be coming from?

Could it be that this error also affects the sensor for the intake manifold pressure (G71)?

Does anyone have a pinout diagram for the ECM (Engine Control Module) that shows where the wires go?

I hope I'm not being too rude, but this problem is really getting on my nerves.

Sure, here's the translation:

"Thank you in advance."

Hi,

The solenoid valves operate with relatively high currents.
The target values, if I recall correctly, are in the
order of magnitude :wink:of around 10 Ohms, so your part is probably fine.
Especially since defects usually manifest as values of zero ohms or infinity }.

hello

Oh great... I'm not really sure what to do anymore.

Regarding the pressure sensor... meanwhile, I've found the replacement part number, and it costs 350 euros... it seems to be made of gold.

And I certainly wouldn't do that to myself...

Does anyone have those values available?

or maybe a used sensor?

Could you not take a pressure sensor from, for example, a car of a similar age, like a Golf?
I can't imagine that Bosch manufactures x different types of load cells... the housing being round all around shouldn't be the problem.

"Thank you."

Hello.

Are you experiencing any performance issues?

A friend with an A3 ASZ experienced the same issue with the engine control unit (ECU) related to turbo boost. Shortly after, the turbo started malfunctioning, and the 130 diesel horsepower felt more like 50. It was then discovered that the adjustable turbo vanes were stuck.

I don't want to scare you!

Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:

hello

No, you can't scare me with that, because my loader, thankfully, doesn't have a VTG.

I'm increasingly starting to believe that I have a leak somewhere in the boost pressure system.

Yesterday, I happened to be looking at the pressure hose from the intercooler to the intake manifold, and I saw a 15mm crack that turns into a 15mm hole under boost pressure.

After the damage was repaired, the car runs much better, and the problems have decreased.

I'm going to try everything out next.

"Thank you."

so.... icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif

So, the problem still persists. The hose is now sealed, but the issues have only been slightly reduced.
