GRA Lever: €86 - Is It Worth It?

If you pay more than 60 euros, you only have yourself to blame.
The cable costs around €15-€16 and the lever costs around €40-€42 from a Volkswagen dealer.
Why would anyone want to buy something like that on eBay?
That's just as ridiculous as the aluminum pedals from the TT, where the auction starts at 30 euros, while they cost only 24 euros from VW (clutch, brake, accelerator).

You pay €86 for a GRA if you haven't done enough research beforehand. That's what happened to me .

The most expensive part of the GRA retrofit kit is actually the installation, especially if you have it done by a VAG workshop. (approximately €50-100).
Das Geld habe ich mir gespart und das Ding selber ein gebaut. War zwar ziemlich schwierig ( Passat Bj.´98 ) aber nun funktionierts und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Nice! / That's great! / Wonderful!
