Hi!

"Since the 'So wird's gemacht' manual is no longer what it used to be for the Passat, I would like to know the tightening torque for the pulley on the 1Z model, manufactured in 03.95. The manual states 25 Nm, but various online installation guides mention things like 10 Nm + 180° or 20 Nm + 180° (which is probably incorrect)."
For the Zykod fastener, use a torque of 40 Nm plus 60 Nm, followed by two passes at 90° each (which, in my opinion, is better than a single 180° pass), without any further tightening.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards, Christian.
