Dear community of DIY enthusiasts,
After a long search for a solution to my problem, I've decided to post my question here. Somehow, the existing posts don't quite fit my specific situation.
Ich fahre in der Stadt auf dem Stadtring, mittlere Drehzahl, plötzlich geht der Motor aus und lies sich bis jetzt nicht wieder starten.
What I have already done:
Relay 109 replaced.
Error codes read and stored.
- Fault code 539 (Fuel temperature sensor G81, short circuit to positive).
- 1237 (Fuel shut-off valve - N109, mechanical fault)
After being deleted, these were not re-assigned during the organ playing session.
There are 12V at the charging terminal, the resistance is approximately 8 ohms, and when touched with a contact, it clicks.
No diesel is reaching the injection lines.
The LEDs in the instrument cluster are all lit up normally, as far as I understand, they should be off if there's a problem with the immobilizer system?
Unfortunately, the retaining clip is so tightly stuck in the ESP that I can't even remove it to take out the piston. You can practically only access it with a wrench when it's installed, but the wrench just slips off.
"When parking, the MSW (Motor Start System) is also set to zero. If this were related to the issue, shouldn't an error code be stored during the actuator test when the ignition is turned on?"
Does anyone have any other ideas before I have to remove the "stop" sign?
"Thank you in advance."
Heiko
