Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything suitable, even after searching on Google.

Vehicle: Golf 2, manufactured in 1990, equipped with a JR engine (1.6L turbocharged diesel).

What should be the amount of clearance between the combustion chamber inserts and the surrounding structure?
I read something in this forum about 0.07mm (AAZ engine), and on another site (T4-Wiki) something about 0.05mm??

Does anyone know more details?

Typically, the 'chamber lid' is located above... A necessary finishing cut/milling operation straightens everything out.

Hi!
