New Car Key / Immobilizer Replacement

He can't read that either. In the past, he could make a request to VAG using the vehicle identification number and obtain at least this 7-digit code, which was valid for a specific day. Some helpful people used to provide it as well. It's possible that they have completely discontinued this practice and now everything is only available online – presumably to prevent misuse.

As I mentioned earlier, with the right tools, you can quickly figure out the login credentials. Maybe ask that helpful person for a quote and see if it's not as expensive as you think.
