BLS 3C Loader: Top or Bottom?

Hi,

How should the turbocharger be removed from a Passat 3C with engine code BLS?
I unscrewed it, but I couldn't get it out. I couldn't get it out from the top, even after removing the intake manifold, and I couldn't get it out from the bottom, because the right driveshaft is in the way.

Since it's already defective, I've now removed the pressure sensor, and I took it out through the center tunnel (where the DPF also exits, if it's still there ).
Since I don't want to/can't/am not allowed to play this game with the new loader because it's under warranty, and the VTG linkage shouldn't be adjusted, I would like you to explain to me where this thing should come out.

Go down. Remove the DPF, remove the connecting pipe to the exhaust gas recirculation cooler, remove the lower support, etc., etc.

Does the heat shield (aluminum plate) in the center tunnel now need to be removed, or will it work without it? I think I remember that it had to be removed when the DPF was replaced before *scratching head*.

Doesn't the generator support need to be lowered?

Is it not necessary to lower the aggregate carrier ?

Then it's better to remove the heat shield, or disassemble the charger .

Okay, heat shield removed, power steering shroud removed, front axle lowered by 1cm, shift cables moved aside, and then it went in with carefully applied force .


Are there any torque specifications for the 6 screws on the front axle?

Generator carriers:

M 12 x 110, 70 Nm + 90°, Use new screw(s).

M12 x 100, Grade 01, 70 Nm torque, Use new screw(s).
M12 x 100, Grade 02, 180°

M 12 x 90, torque setting 01, 70 Nm, use new screw(s).
M 12 x 90, Level 02, 180°.
