Central locking

Can anyone tell me how the central locking system is wired in a Passat?
Is it mass-controlled or charge-controlled?
"Could anyone possibly have a wiring diagram for the central locking system and the lighting?"

From the respective door control units. This information is transmitted via CAN bus from the comfort control unit.
