Audi A4 B5 Ventilation Motors (Solution)

Attention, I have a problem with my Audi A4 B5 Avant. All of the ventilation control motors are not working. The OBD system indicates no power supply for all of the control motors. I've already tried a different control, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success.
For any assistance, we are very grateful.

Please provide 1x vehicle data and a diagnostic scan of the vehicle.

At contact C8 (red/yellow), a voltage of 5V should be present. You have mail.

Didn't you just write in that deleted post that there isn't 5V coming from the control unit?? What has changed now, then??

I'm a fool, I had to admit it. Yesterday evening, I switched the multimeter to Amperes and didn't switch it back before measuring. With the correct handling, I suddenly had voltage. Unfortunately, this still doesn't help me because it still doesn't work. I'm almost ready to find and try a different control unit, even though I sent this one to ENDERA (I think that's the company's name) in Germany to have it checked out, and I paid 60 € for it.

As the initial post states, another component is already exhibiting the same error, so what's the point of replacing it? Is the required voltage, if measured correctly, now actually present?

Honestly, I'm already pretty much on the verge of giving up, but I'm also pretty sure it's not the control panel itself, but something else. But, for heaven's sake, what else could it be? It must have something to do with the power supply of the control panel.
Unfortunately, my schematics do not show which pins on the control panel require voltage or ground. Perhaps there is no voltage or ground on a particular pin.

I have a 12V power supply for the control panel.
gray green when light is on
black blue ignition on
black red ignition on

Ventilation is working again. After we had checked and measured all possible connections, I installed another control panel, and guess what? Everything is working again. It's unbelievable, but after I sent this control panel to ENDERA for repair, which had certified and approved it, I naturally assumed that it would also work. They even charged me 60€ for the repair, so I highly recommend them. If I had replaced it as I initially suspected, I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. But again, thank you very much for your support. Of course, there has been no statement from this nice company since the payment.

One should refrain from acting as a workshop with such well-intentioned actions – it usually leads to trouble....
