Audi A6 Fuel Consumption (AGR Rate)

Audi A6, Modell 1999, Motorcode. AFB

The following problem:
LMM, N18, and N75 were replaced.
The AGR had been deactivated by the owner and was then reactivated.

Subsequently, a logging operation was performed, and the AGR (Automatic Gear Ratio) rate at full load was 95.5%.

Shouldn't the control values for the solenoid valve (N18) be close to zero within this speed range?
The target and actual values are very similar.

Am I correct in understanding that the AGR (Abgasrückführung valve) is completely open at full load?

A vacuum measurement taken directly at the EGR valve can shed light on the situation.

To me, it looks like the duty cycle is low when the EGR valve is open and high when it's closed. In any case, the EGR rate doesn't seem to be too high.

Unfortunately, the accelerator pedal position is not visible in the individual states.

A vacuum test was performed using a vacuum pump.
The valve retracts or returns to its default position (with a clicking sound).

No. This allows you to determine how the AGR (Adaptive Gain Range) rate changes with the duty cycle.

Duty cycle approximately 100% ---> no vacuum present = AGR valve closed.
