Interior lighting failure after switching to LEDs

Hello,

I'm having the following problem. I want to replace the interior lighting in my Touran 1T2 with LED lights.
Unfortunately, I didn't have any success with that. After repeatedly trying different things, the light bulbs eventually started burning out as well.

I'm assuming that I had installed an LED incorrectly, which caused a short circuit.

Currently, all the lights are incandescent bulbs. I'm experiencing the following issue with the central electrical system:

Please check fuse SC46 (7.5A) in the footwell.
