1.6 TDI Injector Base Adjustment Small Quantity Deviation

I have a VW Polo 1.6 TDI 77kW CAYC. It received the "Pfusch" update 9978 in February. Now, 2 months later, there's a period of inactivity with irregular idling. The VW workshop has replaced the 2-cylinder injector.
Now, I wanted to perform a "small deviation" in the "basic settings" using VCDS.
"Brake pedal must be depressed and accelerator pedal must be depressed." That's exactly how I did it too.
Then the engine speed increased to approximately 2000 rpm, and the message "Keep brake and accelerator pedal pressed" appeared. After about 30 seconds, the engine entered a "sawing mode". The engine speed fluctuated from 1000 to 3200 rpm. The message "Keep brake and accelerator pedal pressed" remained. "That's how I did it too, with the hope that a notification would appear, such as "Match OK" or something similar."
But no, the "Keep Brake and Gas Pedal Pressed" warning light was still on. After 20 minutes, I gave up and pressed the "Stop" button.

My question is, when or after what time is the reconciliation completed?
