Hi, our T4 Caravelle 2.5 TDI+ has the following problem, which the workshop hasn't been able to fix.
Normal inspection --> one tie rod end was replaced because it supposedly had play. Since then, the T4 pulls to the right, and the steering wheel is also tilted about 5-10 degrees to the right if you don't hold it. So, back to the dealership, but something wasn't right. --> They re-measured everything, and it was all OK. But that wasn't the case. As usual, they had little time. So, after it happened again that a battery died (now the 5th one in 4 years, but that's another story), I went back. Because on the highway, you have to force it into left curves, and then you have to immediately counter-steer, the steering wheel vibrates and is very indirect around the center position. I told the master mechanic that, no matter how long it takes, but fix the problems! Three weeks later... Two new tires (225s in H!) were installed on the front because they were worn unevenly (why, I wonder?!), another new tie rod end, and a newly painted fender "because there was a funny oil drum standing there..."
However, nothing has changed. The chassis still exhibits a catastrophic tendency to move on its own, and now there are also strong rolling movements around the longitudinal axis. I spoke with a T4 technician from VWN in Hanover at the AMI in Leipzig to see if he had any ideas. But so far (it's been 4 weeks), nothing has happened. That's why I spoke to the manager of the car dealership, asking them to do something about it. Well, next Tuesday, the T4 is going in for another look.
Now, a question for the suspension experts: what could it be if the wheel alignment is supposed to be correct (which I doubt)? I suspect it's toe and/or camber. That might explain the tendency to vibrate, but then there's still the tendency to roll and pull to one side (hopefully they reinstalled the stabilizer). Also, I'm just completely at a loss!

I'm grateful for any advice.
