Hello everyone,
I'm new here and I own a Passat B6 1.4 TSI with a 7-speed DSG transmission.

I am having a problem with my DQ200 icon_sad.gif.
A magnet detached from a track switch, and that track switch was replaced. The mechatronics were checked and no errors were found.
Unfortunately, after assembly, no basic adjustment is possible because the sensor already indicates a position of -8.3mm from the neutral position of the reference point (target position = -0.2mm).
The mechatronic system was repeatedly installed and removed to rule out any installation errors.
The valves are working, and all the actuators are correctly installed.
Is it possible to calibrate the positioners, which are currently in the neutral position, to their desired positions?
VCDS is available.
It would be great if someone could offer me some advice.

Hi,

As you have surely read in the terms of service ( icon_wink.gif ), for PCI, Auto-Intern, and DRV customers, a vehicle diagnostic support key is necessary for providing diagnostic assistance to diesel mechanics.
You can also obtain the Diesel Mechanic License, which also includes KDataScope and KPower. icon_idea.gif

From then on, feel free to continue the discussion here.

Best regards, Rainer.

Sorry, I haven't read that far yet. I'll catch up on it right away.
I just wanted to know if there's a possibility of calibration.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:

'LG' is an abbreviation for 'Liebe Grüße,' which means 'Best regards' or 'Best wishes' in English.
