Audi A4 B7 Starter Motor 3.0 TDI

Hello everyone!
I bought an Audi A4 B7 3.0TDi with a Tiptronic transmission, engine code ASB. It had a timing chain failure on the second cylinder bank. After a lot of testing, I finally located the problem, and up until that point, the car wouldn't start because the timing chain had broken (the starter motor was working perfectly). Now, I've replaced everything, reassembled it all, and now the starter motor isn't working. Terminal 50 isn't receiving power. (The car starts and runs fine if I bypass the starter relay). So, my actual question is: Which relay is the starter relay in this Audi? Where is it located? And does anyone have an original wiring diagram for the starting system so I can make some measurements and troubleshoot the problem? Thank you very much for your help, and best regards from Rügen.

Try searching for the term "starter". You should also be able to find the related parts (relay, fuses, etc.) and their installation locations.

You need to download the PDF file to your computer. For the B7 model, it's likely to be several hundred pages, and within that, you'll find the information that applies to your specific model year and engine type. You can search through it using Adobe.
